1) Flex and small parts: one year quality warranty
2) Screens: one year quality warranty
3) Battery: six month quality warranty
2 When you receive the screens, please test them before you assemble on the phone, it’s very important. We will not offer warranty service is the screen is already assemble on the phone.
4 After you receive the package, please check the size and weight of your box(take very clear picture of the outside, inside of the package), and compare with our size and weight to make sure no goods are missing.
5 When you have defective products(screens and flex cable), please use our original package or package them in very professional and strong package, and contact your sales for return address. please don’t just put it into envolope simply, please pack it well (in hard box) to avoid any other damage again.
6 Please send us a list with your return package, so that we can make sure all is clear.
7 After we receive the package, we will test the defective parts and then send you the test report, the ones that is comply with our quality assurance policy, we will send your replacement in your next shippment or refund as you choose
